All my trades and transactions are successful till date. One transaction took way more time than it should take for team to process but I understand the technical difficulties sometimes any exchanges face. I appreciate the quick responses from support team for each of my support requests and my messages but I really like to see their quick resolution as well in any future support requests; technical issues which are out of support team hand and are dependent on technical team are excused.
