Do not trust a broker that only launched last year. I advise you to choose a company with a longer experience in the financial markets. Personally, I still suspect the registration of KIEXO – registered on the islands of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Whatever trading conditions the broker offers, I would not risk my money and I do not advise you to do this.
I went through a bunch of information resources, found a lot of review articles on the kiexo project. Only one thing is confusing – there are too many positive comments under these reviews. I just can’t believe that the project has so many satisfied customers, and no one had a negative experience! This makes me think that the company “kiexo” paid PR people to create a good reputation for itself!
I also found out about the need to verify just now! Nobody warned me about this. I have a lot of questions on this topic, but I have not received answers yet. The support service is very disgusting! Maybe someone here will tell you what documents you need to present, a photo is also required? Will photocopies work or do I need originals? For whom and how long did this procedure take?
It would seem that everything is simple: registered, replenished the account, received a profit and withdrew it. But it was not there!! I can’t get verified on kiexo.com! Why they made it so complicated, I don’t understand! They don’t want to believe my documents. Already sent a photo a hundred times and everything is not right! At the same time, I thoroughly studied the site before opening an account, and nowhere is there a word about the verification procedure…
I have been working with Kiekso since the end of 2020. At first everything was smooth, but lately the terminal has been very upsetting with its instability! I wrote to the support, they answered only on the third day and then, without any explanation of what happened. They promised to sort it out, but so far no response from them, no greetings! I would like the errors to be corrected as soon as possible. This greatly interferes with work.
I have only been trading for the second week, but I have already come to the conclusion that the broker needs to be changed! Kiexo has a too simple trading terminal, I don’t have enough functionality. For example, there are no tools for cryptocurrency trading. For a long time I figured out what type of account you can open. Even in the section “Frequently Asked Questions” there is no specific answer to this question. Everyone is kept secret. It was said – for detailed advice, contact the manager, but I could not contact the representative.
