Not a single problem to by found with my Golf, it is an amazing car. I love how it drives and sounds! When I found it for sale online I knew it would be the one for me and this was confirmed following a good inspection and test drive. Can’t thank the lads here enough, they were helpful, friendly and easy to talk to while I was down there buying the car. Any further questions I had were answered promptly and fully via message. It was always easy to get hold of someone which I really appreciated.
No one is perfect but these guys are pretty close so I’m going to give them four stars! I was very happy with the car buying experience I had at VR EPS, when I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and the car I has come to see (a Kia Sportage) was sitting waiting for me. I spent some time with the car and found it to be in great condition and very clean. After a generous test drive I decided to move forward with the purchase. Buying the car was very easy, all the paperwork was explained thoroughly and the team couldn’t do enough for me. The Sportage has been great since I bought it home, not a single problem to be found.
I am absolutely thrilled with this dealership, the customer definitely comes first. The team are attentive and very helpful. The salesman who I dealt with in particular knew the ins and outs of the car I had come to see off the back of his hand and was able to answer all my questions then and there. The car appeared to have received a very thorough check over and service prior to be buying it. The car quite literally looked and drove as good as new. 5/5 from me of course!
Absolutely brilliant service at VR EPS. I went to view the Mercedes they had in stock and instantly fell in love! It was gleaming inside and out, I was very impressed. The team were brilliant with me and made me feel so welcome. all of my questions were answered and the transaction was so simple. I cannot recommend the VR team enough, and would definitely buy from them again in the years to come!
I couldn’t have asked for more when I was buying from the team in Warrington, they were helpful, courteous, thoughtful, efficient… the list goes on. The car is better than I ever imagined it to be, I cannot find one mark, or scuff on the car, it is like brand new from the factory! My overall experience with the team has been fantastic, I would highly recommend that you give the team a visit!

The Q7 has been one of the best purchases I have made in a while. The car is absolutely brilliant, and the condition is near perfect. The car looked great when I came to view it, but when I came to take the car home, it was next level! The valet it carried out was of a very high standard, so hats off to the team that got my car looking top tier! I am over the moon with the sale on a whole, and will definitely be sticking with the VR team from now on!
